This page was created to explain to the world, how the next forefront of video game competitions and putting cyber athlete’s to the test of all tests.
Online dueling has taken a step towards complete evolution and world acceptance, by marrying industry with entertainment, it’s no joke Role Playing Games (RPGs), like Diablo III, are sweeping the world and creating real market places within the game. Many people they are the number one dueler in say barb versus barb (BVB), but until now there was no way to prove it and there we’re no prized to be won for achieving such greatness.
As well, we look to acknowledge those of us whom have perfected their Player versus Monster (PVM), and can level faster than the best duelers in the world, but more on that coming later.
Here at the Diablo 3 Dueling Circuit, member of the CPGL, we have several types of Player versus Player (PVP) combat to choose from:
- First, there is the old fashioned 1 versus 1 player versus player battle.
- Then, there is the 2 versus 2 battle, team play which was not possible in tournament style play until now.
- Even, 2 versus 1, if the under dog party is feeling up to it and agrees in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth by Diablo 3 and Blizzard Entertainment, in addition to Diablo3Dueling.com‘s terms and conditions, and competitors contract.
What makes this different than regular dueling or tournaments?
You can bet high stakes and win cash by putting your money where your mouth is.
For example:
If player A wanted to duel player B, but for more than pride, say 10,000,000 gold. Each player would have to temporarily give the referee the items/gold, for safekeeping, before the match begins.
Duels Record Live:
All matches are recorded live and backed up instantly on an off-line hard drive. Disputes about matches can be made, but players disputing proven loses, will be met with either a temporary or permanent ban from the league.
- This also means that you can save your best clips and create a compilation movie. The staff here will be making a movie for each tournament season.
- Tournament seasons are to last a total of 6 months, or until Blizzarddecides to update Diablo 3 with a new patch and start season 2.
